My favorite movies

There are three favorite movies.

First, I like Charlie and Chocolate Factory. It was really interesting. After I watched this movie, I became to like Johnny Depp and Tim Burton.

Next, I like Scream. I don't like Horror movies, but it was not scary. Moreover, I like Nave Campbell.

Third, I like Pay It Forward. During watching this movie, I was crying.

Shop Till You Drop!!

Today, I went shopping after a long time. I had very good time♪

I bought three clothes. After I came home, I put on clothes like the fashion show☆(^_-)☆ I always do that.

The Best Place♪

This is the best place for me☆ There are three Starbucks in downtown (Kumamoto). This is one of those.

I like this Starbucks because it is wide and comfortable.

Moreover, the clerk is so kind to the guests.

U.F.O. Catcher

I have been to Diamond City Clair the other day. There, I went to the game center.

I found the U.F.O catcher which the premiums are key rings of Miffy. I really want to get one of it. So, I asked my boyfriend to get it. Then he tried, but he wasn't able to get it. (;_;)

Next, I treid getting the Miffy. I seldom play the U.F.O. catcher, BUT I could get it, only once.

I was so happy☆☆☆

It's lovely☆☆☆

I went Starbucks cafe after a long time. These days, I don't have money, so I can't go the cafe which the price is high. However, I went there to wait for a friend of mine♪

I ordered the coffee which is limited at Christmas. It tasted ginger and cinnamon.

I like that cup. It is so lovely☆

This is my favorite♪

Today, we have been to the cafe in downtown. That name is "Apple Tree" (Ringo no Ki).

My teacher's ex-student works there, so I know just the name.

I ordered the coffee. It was so great that I like it.
It was neither bitterness, was not acid, and just good.

I want to eat the apple pie next time.

Happy Birthday★

On November 19th, a friend of mine will be 21
years old, so we had the birthday party for her.

We gave the cake for her. I bought the cake yesterday at swiss. We enjoyed eating the cake and chatting. These days, we don't meet so much. So, we had really goooooood time☆

Today, she got many many presents. I gave her a scarf and a mug cup.

My Meals

These are my meals. I don't like cooking, so I often eat convenience foods .

Also, I like Nattou so much. I decided to eat Nattou every day because it is good for my health.

Universal Studio Japan

A friend of mine has been to the Universal Studio Japan in Osaka and she gave me the souvenir.

I have never been there, but she told me that she had wonderful time with her family. I want to visit the Universal Studio Japan someday.

Tavern

This is the tavern next to my house. That name is "Bashou". "Ba" means the horse. We can eat horse at this Izakaya(Japanese Bar).

Though it is very very close to my house, I have been to this Izakaya only twice.

Lokal people in Kumamoto eat the horse, but I don't like the raw one and I can't eat it. I don't like the taste so much!!

Expect for the raw horse, there are many delicious dishes☆

Christmas is coming soon

Today when I went to downtown I found the illumination of Christmas. It was beautiful☆

I went to downtown to buy the birthday present for a friend of mine, but I was not able to find good one. So, I gave up finding the present for her. Then I went to Starbucks to drink coffee. Next time, I'll go shopping to buy the present.

I Love Music

I like music so much. Especially I'm interested in Disco music. I bought this CD( look at the picture) in America. Disco music always makes me happy!!

I have the MP3 player and always use it, but it doesn't work well these days. I want to buy another MP3 player. However, I don't have money, I can't buy.(+_+)

The Drinking Party For Chris

On November 8th, we had the drinking party for Chris. He is the ex-exchange student of my university. He has been to Japan for a year, and after that he has gone back to America. In Montana, he became a teacher.

This time he stayed in Kumamoto for a week. So, we had the drinking party for him. I was so glad that he came to Kumamoto again. After staying Kumamoto, he will go to Nagoya for the job training. After that, he will come to Kumamoto to work.

We really had good time drinking with him. After this drinking party, we went to the Karaoke which Chris loves. He can sing very well. He can also sing Japanese song!! After Karaoke, we ate Ramen. For the first time I ate Ramen after the drinking party.

Today was the great day. We enjoyed talking with Chris.

The New Restaurant

Today, a friend of mine and I went to the new restaurant which is close to my house. This is the Pork cutlet's restaurant.

I have known the restaurant opened, but I don't have the chance to go there. The menu of this restaurant is a little bit expensive. I ordered Pork cutlet set which was 1,050 yen. Though the menu is expensive, it was very good.

I like the atmosphere of that restaurant. The staffs who work there are very kind to us. They made me want to go the restaurant again.

After eating dinner, I was full.

Souvenir

A friend of mine who is from Saga gave me the chocolate cookies. She has been to Saga for the Karatsu Kunchi which is the festival in Saga. The chocolate cookies are the souvenir from her.

Also, Nagasaki where is my hometown has Kunchi. It is called Nagasaki Kunchi. It is the biggest festival in Nagasaki.

When I was a elementary school student, during the Kunchi, we can go home earlier than usual. I seldom go to Kunchi because there are too many people.

Now, I sometimes miss Kunchi because I seldome visit my hometown.

Nabegataki

I have been to Nabegataki which is the waterfall in Kumamoto about three months ago. The waterfall is very famous.

First, we lost the way to Nabegataki, but we asked the local parson that where Nabegataki is. Then, we found that Nabegataki is the opposite side where we were.

We could arrive at Nabegataki's parking area. From there, we have to walk the rocky road to the waterfall. Since I wore the sandals, it is very very difficult to walk the way.

We arrived at the spot where we can see the waterfall well. It was great. We can go to the back of Nabegataki. For the first time, I have seen the back of the waterfall.

Though the waterfall is good, I don't want to walk the rocky way. The rocky way to the Nabegataki made my jeans dirty. Except for it, the trip to Nabegataki was great!

I Love Starbucs Coffee

I love coffee, especially I like Starbucks Coffee very much. I often go to Starbucks in Kumamoto. At downtown, there are three Starbucks cafes.

I always order Caramelmakcart which tastes Caramel. I often do to Starbucks alone. I read some books drinking coffee at the cafe. I like the time when I drink coffee. The coffee makes me comfortable.

When I have been to America, I visited Starbucks with a friend of mine. I was so nervous when I ordered the coffee in English.

At my house, I sometimes make coffee. I bought the coffee beans at Starbucks. That is great!

Someday, I want to work at the cafe like Starbucks.

Trip to Honmyouji

On November 1st, I have been to Honmyouji whichi is the traditional temple in Kumamoto.

There is the bronze statue of Kiyomasa Kato who is the famous person. I don't know who he is well. However, almost all of the people in Kumamoto know him.

I have gone up too many stairs, many many stairs. I was so tired. Many stairs made me tired, but the view from the top was great!

After the trip to Honmyouji, I have been to the restaurant, Tei no Moto whichi looks like private house. I ordered Dago Soup set. Look at the picture. It costs 1,000 yen. I couldn't eat all of the
dishes because I was full, but it was great. I want to go to that restaurant again.
